Complaint Details
I have placed order of aakash tablet with DATAWIND INNOVATION PVT. LTD.8148,Jubilee Complex,Sultanwind Road,Amritsar -143001 in december 2011 (ubislate 7+) vide order no. AA90FA7 the amount have been already paid through cheque 485458 pnb, sadar bazar. the amount of Rs.2999/- INR debited from my account on 24-3-2012.
but till date i have not recieved the above mentioned device.
In this regard i have made many requests to the company through emails at "SupportIn(NC)" supportin@datawind.com, and the response through email dated 21-5-12, 25-5-12, 26-6-12 , but again sorry to say that company has not delivered the device till date.
After every 15 days i get answer from the company through the telePhonic consersations and emails that your device will be delivered after next 15 days and same iNcidents are repeated continuesly from more than 2 months now.I have also made a request company ceo at sumeet@datawind.com but no reply from his side. So please see in this matter as it CAN turn to fraud
