I booked the equipment - Aquaguard total Duo- on the 4th of july 2012. It was installed only about a week later. 4 days back, on the 22nd of July 2012, the equipments tank full indicator stopped
functioning and it began to overflow. Also, for some reason, it also started to leak from behind, which I found quite strange. I immediately raised a complaint with customer care on their website. The web
service request number is 931ef0dfb35d. I raised this request on Sunday evening (22nd of July). On Monday morning (23rd July) I got a call from Customer care that the problem would be resolved by Monday evening. But it is 29th July now and the request I have raised has not uyet been acted upon. I have escalated the request till Head - Customer Care but even then there has been no response. And so the equipment continues to Malfunction while I have to buy water from outside for my family even after investing an amount of 16990 to purchase a Eureka Forbes product. I feel very let down by the after sales service by Eureka Forbes. I have called the Customer service about 5-6 times now. Either the person attedning the call puts me on indefinite hold or I am promised the issue will be resolved by evening that day, and no one ever arrives. I seriously feel that Eureka Forbes is deliberately selling sub standard products and then acting in this way to steal peoples hard earned money. Earlier I felt that if someone fixes the problem it would be Ok, but now I demand a total replacement of the product OR my money back with damages included for the mental agony they have caused me for a week.
The order number for the product is 432-003469. Please note that I am yet to receive the original invoice as well, because as per the procedures of Eureka Forbes it is supposed to reach me by Courier after 25 days from the day I have made the full payment. The full payment was made on 13/07/2012.
