Complaint Details
This regarding repeated complaints against Eureka Forbes. They give a commitment that they resolve the problem in 24 hours. But whenever i log a complaint i need to follow daily 3 times for problem resolving. Even then there's no response. From the customer care they had given Regional Manager - Imayan's mob.no. i had tried 100 times he doesn't pick his mobile. Don't know why they give mobile to those persons.I had raised 2 complaints for my 'Eureka Forbes RO Enhancer model'. Here are the complaint nos. 67615998 & 87374306 both are requests are still open without any response.

While we bought this product the sales person has given a wrong information about this product that its enough if you clean the filter once in 3 months. But withing 3 weeks its not filtering. We had invested Rs.12,000/- to buy this product. And its a headache for us to raise a call everymonth and waiting without any response.

So we request you to take necessary action to sort out this issue once for
