Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Thilakar. I've purchased my Beat Diesel LT on 18.May.2012 from Khivraj Motors, Chamiers Road, Nandhanam, Chennai.
My sales co-ordinator is Mr. Mohammed Kazali-9043040096.
I paid 6.11lakhs in cash for the vehicle and paid Rs. 27000 for the accesories also. Mr. Kazali confirmed the delivery date.
But when i came for delivery i've waited for 9.30am to 6.30pm. But 2 accessories where pending for which i had already paid.
1.Under chasis painting, 2.dual horn.

I went to khivraj service centre at perungudi for my first service on 01.June.2012.
On that day also i've noted about this pending issues. But not done.

For my second service on 21.July.2012. Only under chasis painting has done.
The Accessories person in the service centre Mr. Velmurugan-9787712913 promised to do the dual horn pending before 25.July.2012.
But not yet done.
After the service my reverse horn was not working, and my complaint on a damage in Fin Dash side RH is not done.

What should i do to get the material for what i've paid?
I'm tired of calling Khivraj. No response from Mr. Velmurugan.

This is unbeleivable, Khivraj behaviour is entirely different after getting the money from the consumers.

Very worst response from Khivraj and GM is a part of it.
