Complaint Details
Tikona representative assured quick installation but the technician who visited our place had informed us that the connection cannot be mounted as our roof is not built in a certain way. After which, i called the earlier rep (Vishal) asking him to refund the money. He assured me that he will come to fix the connection along with the technician but failed to show up. My attempts to call him have failed too as he doesn't answer or switches off his phone. The call centre is uncoopoerative and they give me the same answer everytime. There is no solution and I'm wasting money and time calling these people. Not the mention the mental harassment. Please help me.
