Sir, I have booked a plot in Feb 2009 for an amount Rs 40000/- through the Mr RM Nayak (Mktg Agent) of Shibani Estates and Promoters at Shurya Vihar Project at Bhubaneswar. Thereafter, i have paid the full and final amount of Rs 1,60000/- towards registration in Oct 2010. But to my bad fate the same has not been registered untill today. i approached umpteen times to Mr RM Nayak and when I was compelled for having not done the job of registration, I called the MD but he does not attend and sent SMS for listening to my problem urgently. But he didnt. I have all the details of payment made towards the plot. whgat can I do Sir I am helplessly trying to communicate all the days they are not listening.they only look for their money value and underestimate the consumer interest in many ways. It is very irregular and appropriate action must be taken for chaeting and making fraud/false promise

"This is a fit case to be filed before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in Distirct Bhubaneshwar against the Shibani Estates & Promoters. Since you have paid as booking part considerartion amount and are ready and willing to pay the balance but even after receiving the amount towards payment for registration charges if the agreement is not being registered this is deficiency of serive and unfair trade practice. In additon to the Consumer Complaint you can also file a criminal complaint for cheating (420) and criminal breach of trust (406/409) in the matter of making you part with the amount for registration and stamp duty but not utilising the amout so collected for the purpose for whch it was collected nor refunding the amount. In the criminal complaint you can make Mr R. M. Nayak also a party. "
