Hi Team,
I have bought Samsing S3 on 15th Jun'2012 of INR 39000.On 6th of Aug I was on the way to office with my wife. She wanted to buy something from the road side shop and I parked my car in front of that shop. I thaught of quickle playing a game till the time she came back and I did so. In 15 minutes she came back and I kept my phone in my upper pocket and started driving. Later on after 10 minutes i wanted to cal some one but there is no respnse from screen. I tried removing battery but no sucess. I went to Jankapuri Samsung Service center and they told me screen is broked. Its as slim as hairline thing. I was shocked that how can that happen by itself. Though they were asking me INR 9000 to replace the scree but after discussing they agreed on INR 6000. My phone is still with them and I have to collect it from them tomorrow morning. Later i went through different reviews and complaints about the same issue with other S3 users. This is a serious quality issue with Samsung and theu should replace the screen free of cost. If not done I will go to consumer court for sure and never ever buy samsung products in my life.
