We have called multiple times to the eureka forbes vaccum cleaner in Madipakkam, Chennai service center and logged a complaint in the eureka forbes site but, till today no one adressed it. They call me as soon as I log the complaint in the net but they will not act to it. They will just re-direct to another person and no response after that. I gave my vaccum cleaner for service i they changed the cable (they replaced it with old one) and immediately it bursted. I am 100% sure it was not the original cable I had (there was a mark in it). They are just CHEATING. Please take appropriate action. You help and support is very much needed for me.
