Complaint Details
This is to highlight the pathetic services provided by the Authorised Service for EUREKA FORBES in Pune M/S Sai Enterprises.

I was convincing sold the 1 year compehensive AMC by the sales exec ( incl all parts of machine ) on the 18th March 2012.

Payment was made in cash of Rs.1200/- & a receipt was issued No. 1063.

Post the same my water purifier has stopped working since April 2012, since then I have made inumertable attempts to ask for the due service.

Unfortunate I have not received the same till date & there is no addressal of my complaints. When pressurised the salesman clearly denied of the due serives.
