i vijay sampat took a htc ozene mobile from india times shopping and it was not advertise that it is america mobile and has a lock of factory which is against advertising standard after they replaced the mobile it is not working i cotact them but they dont replace from three months there is a lot of haressment pls tell to give refund as i am a mental patient i reguest u to do it early
