Here I would like to share bad experience from eureka forbes Water Purifiers. This company give false promise to customer. My Aqua Guard is not working at all and I had made request for service before a month in July 2012 but now it has come Aug 2012 no one has turned to solve the problem. Everytime I call in customer care they promise that today definitely person will come and solve the problem. We are fed up with this type of company, which brand name in market. They themselves spoil the company name. I request to consumer court to teach lesson to such companies who give false promise of service and make them blacklist.
