my mobile was stopped working on friday then i went to my nearest samsung service centre pooja mobile and phone.
the manager ask me to wait there for 1 hour but after waiting 2 hours he said to call me in evening when i asked him in evening he asked me to call on monday.
when i called him on monday he said he have ordered a new mother board of mobile and will repair and deliver u on wednesday today when i called him now he is saying i have got the mother board but samsung company is saying the problem is not covering in the warranty.
iam having jobsheet theres no any kind of damage marked.
this is the cheating of samsung electronics.
the service centre is asking for money for under warranty mobile.
my sister use the mobile and we are not techinal person''s how can we boot/root the mobile as the manager saying mobile has been rooted now we dont know the service centre what did with mobile.
sir.
i want my money back 31600/- or my mobile should be repaired soon.
