Complaint Details
I am a subscriber of BSNL broadband connection in chennai. While i had been in work a call from 'BSNL-Hungama' service came to my house landline number and asked for 'Games on demand' service which was rejected by my mother.
But they had activated 3 services to my 'February 2014' landline bill which together costed Rs.347 in my bill no. 354065783.
I had asked this to the assistant engineer of 'Greams Road-Chennai' BSNL exchange, but they are asking me to cancel now to avoid it in next month's bill which i had never opted for. They are not reimbursing the money they had charged.
Please accept my complaint and take action against the BSNL service provider.
