Dear Sir/Mam,

I purchased aquaguard Enhance on January 2012, Evenever I request to attend the complaint I will get solution after 5 days. I never expected this much very bad service for Eurekha Forbers company.

I booked a complaint on 21/08/2012 at 7.30pm through customer care(Ph:3988 3333, Jeeva), The executive committed the problem will be taken care with in 24 hrs. Comp.No: 67896093

On 22/08/2012 I received call from Technician stated that I am waiting near by your home, I told that We are not in the home right now and we ll reach with in 10 minutes

Technician said that after reach home call me my personal No: 8124777870, I called 5 times but no response(around 12pm to 1.30pm)

Finally I tried 5.30pm, the technician said that I was busy in another work and I will surely come tomorrow(23/08/2012) morning but no response on the next day(Phone also not picking up)


I am waiting more than 72hrs, no one came for service.... Still I am waiting......

Very very bad service, Kindly look in to this matter and save warranty customer.
