Complaint Details
I paid unitrans to ship my luggage from India to USA. I am a student and I paid them in advance and I have the confirmation receipt. They collected money for 6 packages.
After requesting them to send the package over 2 months they shipped 5 package. They never shipped my main package and I have been calling them and emailing them, but they are not responding to any of my requests. They seems to be a fraud organization who cheats students like me who want to save some money in shipping while studying.
If possible kindly take some actions against them. I have alot of email exchanges with them which proves what I have complaint so far.
