Hello,

My Number is 9768033007.

The Aircel collection department people have crossed all their limits for the payment.

The previous outstanding was Rs.4685, which was due to the wrong billing calculation. I had requested them to rectify it.

Then they had approached me and said to pay Rs. 3129, which still was not rectified completely. But even then I had agreed to pay the amount in two parts.

I had paid Rs.1129 immediately i.e on 10th January 2014 and then agreed to pay remaining Rs.2000 by 15th February 2014.

Their executives started calling from the next on the numbers in my itemized bill and abusing them and me, saying that I am a thief.

I had been paying all my bills on time for the past three years and this is how they treat me.

Today, they called one of my relative whose number had been on my bill and used such abusive language.

Is it right on Aircel's part to treat their customers in such a manner?

Now, they are asking me to pay Rs. 3485 saying that the amount discussed earlier is no longer valid.

I feel helpless as a consumer in India. Their is no way that we can tackle this thing. I had to pay the the amount Rs. 3485 as they would not stop calling the numbers present in my bills.
