I HAVE BOUGHT A BLACKBERRY Z10 FROM INFIBEAM.COM
AND THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED ON 14TH MARCH.
THE COMPANY SAID THAT IN CASE OF ANY DEFECT IT SHOULD BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS SO I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT REGARDING DEFECTED PHONE ON 15TH MARCH AND DISPATCHED THE PHONE TO THE COMPANY.
NOW THE COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING ME A NEW PHONE AND INDEED ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE REPAIR OF THAT DEFECTED MOBILE PHONE.
WHENEVER I CALL THEM THEY SAY THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY THE REPAIR CHARGES AND BLAME ME FOR MAKING THE DEFECT IN THE PHONE AND SAY THAT NEITHER THE AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED NOR THE NEW PHONE.
I AM FEELING HELPLESS NOW
THIS COMPANY HAS CHEATED ON ME.
PLEASE HELP ME
