Honorable Sir/Ma'am,


I seek your personal intervention in providing bad service & false commitment from HDFC Bank Card Division. Kindly give your precious 5 minutes to go through the below listed issues.

I was using HDFC World credit card (5523 4410 0099 7307) from last 8 years & really surprise to see their false commitment & bad customer services.

I have made an online payment of Rs.1459 toward my mobile service provider i.e Reliance communication on 19/10/2013 & I received below listed transaction failed notice mail (Marked in red) & transaction failed message too from the subscriber. I again made the same payment toward Reliance Communication & after 2 days found online that Reliance charged 2 times same amount on HDFC Card.

I called on customer care of HDFC card & raised complaint regarding same with Id - 13317761216. I also spoke to Reliance customer care but they refused to refund the amount.

There were several more issues I was facing from reliance side, So I cancelled my relationship with them.
HDFC Card Division also reversed this double charged amount in my December 2013 statement & closed this case.

Again in January 2014 HDFC charged same amount i.e 1459 on my card. I have only made one transaction, then why should I need to pay same amount twice?

Also at the time of Card up gradation, HDFC confirmed that this card have 0% liability, which means no liability in case of misuse. Now they are denying all such features on my card & also refused to reverse such fraud transaction.

Kindly find attached dispute form raised by me & Please support, as all such things de-grade my Cbill record.
