I have purchase a samsung galaxy S duos mobile on 12.o4.2013. Touch screen of my mobile was not working properly,I visited the service centre on 28-03-2014 & submit my mobile for repair,as it was under warranty, but service centre, said that motherboard of your mobile has got damaged due to water, so it will charge You Rs.7200 as the damage due to water is not covered under warranty, how could i beleive, if i am sure that there was no such problem, my mobile never come in contact with water, they just want to make money by telling customer any reason which is not under warranty.
I have contact the samsung customer care and explain the whole incidence, but they said, they cant help me. Does
this mean there is no authority above service centre, we have to agree, whatever they said.
It was just touch screen, that was not working in my mobile. i have chossen Samsung as it is the major brand in smartphones & due to better after sale services, otherwise the mobile phones of cheaper brands with same feature are available in the market at half price of the samsung.
This is my worst experience with such a big company.
I just want my phone to be repaired free of cost.
