Hi sir, I provided all my news paper (70kg) and old cloth items to big bazaar and they provided me Rs. 4340/- for the same on 31st March 2014, in the PAYBACK card, When enquired about the redeeming option, they informed just buy items and give this card in the billing counter. I am not a regular customer of big bazaar, but to redeem that amount, I Purchased Item of Rs. 3500/-, while billing at the cash counter, then only I got to know that only 10% of the MRP will be deducted from the card (anyhow I paid Cash) So as per BIG BAZAAR to redeem that I need to purchase of Rs. 40000.00/- that too within APRIL 6th (Sounds Funny) This reveals that it is pre planned from BIG BAZAAR's BIG HEAD'S to loot money from the customers. MY LOSS : 70kg New Paper = *12/kg in market = 840.00/ Rupees Clothes = "don't know not sold before" I REQUEST TO TAKE THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND TAKE ACTION ON THE SAME, AND AVOID OTHER CITIZEN TO FALL UNDER THIS WORTHLESS OFFERS.
