My father Mr Madhukar tukaram suryawanshi had invested in Uti mutual Funds A Share of 1000 units in 1991 Which would Get Matured in year 2012 according to the certificate provided by them my folio number is 51442393115 but when i recently contacted them they Reverted to be in a very bad manner and just told me that the folio was redeemed in year 2004 but denied to give me the copy of paid instrument for the folio Kindly help me get a proper proof for the payment made and a copy of paid instrument.
