Dear Sir,

I have ordered for 1 no. Chrome Front Grille Cover-Hyundai-i20(LTSMDFY0002640) on 24th March,2014 from ModifyMyCar.in online shopping site.

According to their website, The commitment to ship the product from their ware house is 1-2 Working Days. Whereby the product should have been shipped either on 25th March, 2014 or 26th March, 2014.

I have attached the order copy for your reference.

I have not received any confirmation E-mail or call from ModifyMyCar.in on the shipment confirmation till date (01.04.2014), which indicates that the product is not shipped by ModifyMyCar.in till date.

Following which, I have been calling to ModifyMyCar.in with their registered & marketed phone number (+91-78383-79393) since 29th March, 2014 till date (01st April, 2014).

Till date (01st April, 2014) No one is Answering the call.

Further I have sent E-mail requesting on the status of Shipping & Delivery through their online portal.

Till date (01st April, 2014) No one has either replied to the Online requests given & Also i have made requests in their Chant link provided (No response there too)

Following which, I’m concerned whether the company is Genuine or not, As No Online shopping ignores or leaves the Calls unanswered or No reply to the Chat or Online requests.

I’m very much concerned, whether I’ve been cheated by ModifyMyCar.in

I kindly request you to intervene in this & help me get the issue sorted out.
