Complaint Details
Unnecessary extra charges put by the SUPERTECH for Unit 1807 in Nicolas1 at Supertech Czar Suites, Plot No GH-02, Sector Omicron-1, Greater noida, 201308.

1. Supertech has charged us @ INR 187.26/sq. ft. for our unit while these charges were not there when we booked our unit. As per SUPERTECH, these are due to the increased charges from Greater Noida Authority. When we asked for proof, they have failed to show any letter from authority on these charges.

2. Supertech has not adjusted the charges @ INR 5/sq. ft as per penalty clause for delay in possession for around 2 years. As per SUPERTECH, Delay in possession happened due to farmer’s agitation which effected the construction for 18 months and for the same period delay penalty will not be applicable on our account. We had asked to Supertech to please specify the time frame (from date to date) for which construction affected and also concrete proof of this.

1. 3. Builder has charged us interest of delay in payment while I have booked my unit in down payment plan (DP). As per SUPERTECH, interest is due to the delay in payment of 16 days (i.e. within 30 days of booking of unit). I would like to clarify that that agreement/allotment letter is required to get the loan disbursement from bank. Allotment letter dated 21-Feb-12 we received from you thru courier dated 25-Feb-12 for signing. I also asked them to explain this delay of 23 days that leaves us to pay the rest amount just in 7 days? Based on these facts, how can builder charge us for 16 days of delay in payment?

4. SUPERTECH did not adjust the open car parking charges as per 2010 Supreme Court ruling. Ruling

5. Extra Meter Connection charges but these are not in the allotment & at the time of booking.

6. Extra Water Connection charges but these are not in the allotment & at the time of booking.

Delay in possession for approx 2 years, giving us immense mental harassment and financial problems. We are paying hefty interest to the bank loan and the delay in Possession forced us to stay more 2 yrs in rented house and we are paying hefty rent also.
