Subject : Adaptor faulty sell which lead the laptop damage
Dear Sir,
I had purchased adapter from DCC- Data Care center Pune which is at deccan Pune, The Purchased adapter was faulty which was /is not working , it is not supplying proper power to laptop which lead to damage of my laptop. Form the day one it has been not working properly. I had shown them very second day but they said your laptop is not working. This is under warranty period.
I have shown the adapter to the DCC center & found faulty. Their technical department also recommended replacing but they are not ready to do so. Attached the proof
Also after lot of phone call & subsequent visits to DCC store has not taken care & they stated behaving & taking rudely.
Substandard adapter has damaged my laptop which I want to get repaired to my original condition or Rs. 15000 amount. & Adapter replacement.
The DCC is selling faulty good , kindly take some legal action against such practice
