Dear Sir/Madam,
I had brought Micromax funbook in July 2013, within the few month there was problems in touch screen as well as in OS.I handed it over to your service center at Kanpur M/S MEGHANA INFOTECH SHOP NO.301-302 EXPRESS ROAD,THE MALL, KANPUR - 208001 for the servicing in December 2013.After that I got a call that the problem had been resolved but when I got it I found that there is still problem in the OS so again it was handed over to center.Now even after three month I am still not able to get my funbook.
