Complaint Details
On Jan 2014, I applied for new Gas connection. Agency asked to buy the Gas stove from them since its the Indane company recommended product which is safe compared to outside market. I purchased it.on April 1,2014, Gas stove knob came out without our notice & there was high gas leakage. I got it serviced by the agency but when quentioned abt the quality of product, he recklessly told me that they are not responsible for the defective product. As a consumer, i feel very frustrated since its a very serious issue that company/Agency is playing with human lives by giving wrong products to customers.I strongly condem this type of
