Complaint Details
Dear Sir / Madam,

I placed an order for ABB Home automation with their Channel Partner M/s Aventia Automation Pvt Ltd on 19 April 2013 for providing an ABB Home Automation solution as M/s Aventia Automation claimed that they were the authorized dealer and integrator for ABB home automation products.

As per M/s Aventia Automation, they had supplied all necessary equipment in Dec 2013 and claimed full payment for the equipment with a promise that the commissioning will be completed by 18 Dec 2013.

M/s Aventia Automation have not completed the commissioning of the automation in my house even after 4 months and have now informed that the equipment supplied is defective and needs to be replaced.

I lodged a formal complaint to ABB on 3rd March 2014 and although Mr Bindushar Singh from ABB followed up on 13 Mar 2014 by phone and email, no ABB representative has visited the site to verify the progress till date which is still pending completion.

M/s Aventia does not have the required trained manpower, knowledge or Ability to execute the project and have been intermittently sending technicians and delaying the project.

The delay in the project has not only caused me serious inconvenience due to the malfunctioning of the equipment supplied and has cause mental stress and hardships exposing me to health issues.

I request that matter is taken up immediately to ensure that the defective equipment is replace, project is completed without delay and I am compensated for the delay and anxiety caused by M/s Aventia Automation
