I am a student from Srinagar Jammu & Kashmir.
I recently purchased a bike from Yamaha Dealer Hanief Motors In Srinagar in 2011.
The bike model that i purchased is Yamaha SZR and this product has manufacturer defect i spend all my saving and i could afford only one bike for my daily collage and other activities but the product is a failure from yamaha.
I used to visit thir service center about regular faults in their product but they used to delay me every now and then.
Last Year consumers returned some 30 bikes of same model to the dealer as the model has some manufacturer defect.
I visited them for the same solution and they asked me to register a complain online and i registered the same, my complain number is IC-09980-P2D0.
They asked me to visit the service center for the Same and they offered me a free service their but that was not the permanent solution for my problem so i rejected the same.
On contacting them again they said they cannot accept my bike as 2 years warrant is over. But as a consumer i have a right to information they never informed about the rebuy offer and they rejected it.
In those 2 years they always ignored and diverted my problems.
Now they are not listening to my problems and the bike has mileage of onlu 10000 kms and i am facing lots of problems.
You are my last hope noe please help.
