Complaint Details
They took my document on friday 28th march 2014 and gave me vodafone postpaid sim but the sim has not been activated and now wen i m trying to call the person who spoke with me regarding the vodafone postpaid plan, and send the person to collect the document is not receiving the call now. even though i call from different number, and after contacing the vodafone customer care they also not helping me or suggesting what to do further , As i m worried about the document which has been taken from is licence copy and pan card copy.
