Complaint Details
We had recharged for HD Royal pack for five years in advance. We were told that time that HD royal pack is the highest pack (of Dish TV) you have and it includes all the HD channel and in future number of HD channel will increase as and when in starts without paying any charge for us. Now colours HD has been removed saying they have to pay extra to get this channel broadcast. This is BREACH OF CONTRACT. Today dish TV is saying that broadcast rate of HD colours is increased so it has been removed. Tomorrow it can also be said that HD starplus rate is increased and is removed from our package, so on all the HD channel is removed day after day. Then what does Royal HD package mean. This charge should not be taken by us, as we have already paid for 5 years in advance.
