Complaint Details
I bought Nokia battery BL-5C on 26 jan2014 from shopclue.com. After 2 months battery was not working properly than i found that was duplicate, I contact customer care of shopclue but no action taken. on battery envelope six month warranty period written. i contact nokia care but they said it was duplicate product so warranty cannot apply to this. so please action take on this company for selling duplicate product.
also panelty of rupees one lakh to this company.
