Complaint Details
Our Dish TV connection no are 01509497679 & 01514595478. We had recharged our connection for HD Royal pack for five years in the scheme where the company charged subscription for three years and given
benefit of 2 years period for recharging the connection for three years) in advance. HD Colour Plus was also part of the package given to us. Now, the company has removed colour HD without our consent
saying we have to pay extra to get this channel. This is BREACH ON CONTACT. In spite of our complaint on phone and email, the company has not taken any action for restoring the HD colour channel.
They assured us that they will update us very soon but no response has come from Dish TV. Like a banker who cannot reduce the interest rate on term deposits already contracted with the customer, Dish TV
also cannot withdraw any channel from the package for which it has already entered into a contract with the customer. You are requested to look into the matter.
