water purifier got malfunctioned by their service personnel on 13 Aug'12 and taken by him to their head office for repair, not received till today 01 Sep'12.
Not even a response call from them even.
Whenever contacted for the status through phone / customer care helpline replying is on process and giving false promises of that will be delivered by the day itself.
