I have purchased samsung scx4300 all in one laser printer last 3 years back it was working well. In last week i am facing a problem
while i am scanning its too noisy in scanner movement system regarding the same i have register a complaint in 0120-30308282 on 31.03.14 and
call No: 4171119946. Regarding my complaint a service engineer from HI-TECH SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATIONS, Trichy (Authorised Service
centre) has attend the complaint and damage my scanner system completely after attempted. Now in my printer it display scanner error, in printer display
and it won't work at all. Regarding the same i am asking service engineer there may be a fault in sis sensor, cost of replacement rs1800+500/- and for
damage my scanner i have paid service charge as rs 100/- . I strongly says this scanner error was arises due to improper service because before the
attempt for repair my scannner is working but noisy in operation but after the attempt of service it completely get damage my scanner.
My advice to all please don't buy samsung IT products because i am working as a Assistant Professor in Self Financing Engineering college
in my working place so many All in one Laser Printer from HP, EPSON & CANON are working in excellent manner even in commerical use for long years,
but in residence for nominal usage it goes complete damage by wrong servicing and replacement cost rs 1800+500/- it too too too high for a that model
nearly one fourth the total cost. In present markets scanner are available at a cost of rs 2000/- and EPSON ink tank printer are available at
nominal cost of rs9000/-(Colour- Multifunction Printer) it gives printing cost of 0.20 paise for colour printer and scanner, copier also have excellent performance. My recommandation don't buy samsung IT product(Epecially printer) or else you will also face same problems either in soon or in later.
