Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter with great disappointment on the poor after-sales support
provided for a Videocon LCD television Model-VLLL32FBA/M which I purchased from “Big
bazaar” palakkad showroom. The television was purchased on 23rd Jan2011 with one year
warranty condition .After 13 months, the display of the unit was totally vanished and we reported again to the agency for fixing the problem. Few weeks later the agency came up stating the problem is in the motherboard and panel. And considering the cost of the panel they advised to buy a new unit instead of repair.For repair that they are asking more than 10000 rs.It is very much disappointed me, that such expensive unit from a reputed brand, did not work even 2 year!. I appreciates if you can take necessary action, to repair the unit without any extra cost or replace the unit as early as possible.
