Complaint Details
We have purchased Aquaguard Classic water purifier on 11.04.2012. Since last one month the water flow rate is very slow. We have complained the local service centre 2 times earlier, but their response & service was not satisfied; for which we have gone through the online service request of Eureka Forbes step by step. But till date neither they resolved the problem nor their service personnel give satisfactory answer. They just do their formalities to show their faces & told water supply line problem. But they have no answers how it works till last month properly. As per the service engineers' answer we discuss with house owner, they told that the floor they rented us was constructed 1½ - 2 years before and the water supply line installed separately, which was not very old.
The Marketing Executives appointed by Eureka Forbes are always in hurry to sell their products in any manner to earn their incentives and fulfill their targets. They never tell their customers the demerits of their products, which were arises after sales. Like Marketing Executives, their Installation Engineers were also neither surveys the site where they installed the product nor proper guide in which place it works fine even if you ask, they just told it works everywhere. After installation, when problem arises neither their local service centre response properly nor their Service Engineers resolve the problems.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest for which we will not harass & suffer any more.
