Dear Sir/Mam,

i have recently applied for insaurence claim @ TATA AIG As per telephonic conversation we had with customer care they have convyed someone will visit your place with in 48 hours however no one has turned up from 29 of march we have recieved a letter from TATA aig on 02-apr-2014 please call for claim on the spot we have given a call to them they have provided mr saurav mobile number post taking appointment mr saurav asked me to come NFC instead of workshop for car verfication same has been done by end as per communication post verfying all details on he take me to his office and later on we have filled forms for claim mr saurav assured iam giving approval to workshop please submit your car @ okhla phase 2 workshop again same has been done and again forms has been filled now after two hour im getting call from saurav he is saying i want be able

Dear Sir,

As discussed with your good self little ago we would like to inform you that damages to LH quarter panel found touched up with paint before final inspection which has deprived us to inspect the vehicle in damage condition. Hence we are unable to approve the repairs of same.

Rear Bumper has already been approved for replacement and same is being conveyed to garage subject to completion of documents.
