As a customer of reliance broadband my user id is 329476187154 the connection is located in Rajajinagar Bangalore. The plan was thunder 549 the connection was provided by them and from March 2014 third week (i.e, from 19/march/2014) there was frequent dropouts of connection every now and then and it was being restored in couples of hours till date but on 2/April/2014 the connection was dead totally and I tried contacting the customer care and secretariat authorities of Reliance Communications Infrastructure limited but they were not providing proper response and they were not least bothered to listen to my complaints and on 5/April/2014 when I tried contacting they told I will not be getting my connection for 20 days from now on is this the way a service provider gives answers. I need you people to help in getting my connection restored I have till date cleared all my bills.
