I have ordered on 15-07-2012 for Samsung SII from timtara.com and my order no is: 10289466

This product is not yet delivered and I tried to follow up this guys so many times and they are not giving any proper response for same. I have request them to cancel my order and return money but they are not doing that as well. I am filing complaints to return money from there. Here I am attaching all my profs of order history and other documents which is used between communication.
