HTC INDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIED TO REPAIR MY HANDSET HTC DESIRE 600 C (PURCHASED ON 09-10-2013, UNDER 1 YRS MANUFACTURER'S GUARANTEE) TWO TIMES FOR SPEAKER ISSUE AND THEN AGREED TO PROVIDE ME 1-1 REPLACEMENT ON 19 TH MARCH'2014. THIS WAS ALSO A FAULTY DEVICE SEND TO ME AS A NEW DEVICE. THIS PROCESS ALREADY TOOK MORE THAN 45 WORKING DAYS. STILL THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY RESOLUTION. I AM BEING MENTALLY HARASSED IN THIS ISSUE, PURCHASING A HANDSET FOR RS. 27000 AND NOW BEING ASKED TO AGAIN SUBMIT THE DEVICE FOR REPAIR 4TH TIME. PLEASE ADVICE AND HELP ME OUT.
