Sir, I pursched a microwave oven P28 Black Beauty model, on 1st jan 2014. oon 15th i logged a complaint in onida service center with compaint number 14013186380613, the service engineer came on 18th jan 2014 and took the barbeque rod for replacement, till date the rod is not replaced. They are telling they don have in stock. Attached is the Work Job from the engineer.
