I log service request dated on 16th July 2012 on your website regarding chang of water filers of Nano Ro product which is installated in my house. Service request No is 87284623 which was assgin to your service agency named as Ekdant Service from Bibewadi, Pune. (Product Nano RO Acqua Pure purchased last year in the month of May 2011.)

Till date my complaint is not resloved to change the water filters. Many times I inquired status regarding the my request. The said agency replied me to there is always shortage of sapre parts, filters from your end so as to unabe to do the same.

Further I inquired to Mr. Prashant who is Pune region service Manager on 20th Augst 2012. & promised meto resloved the same by 24th August 2012. Mobile No of Mr Prashant is 9822555676. Also I had discussed with Mr. Shailendra Kyshap from your service devision whos Mob No is 9326312268. He is also not responding for my phone calls.

After 24th I tired to called him regarding any updates, but he is not picking up phone calls from my mobile No. i.e. 9011088950.

It is greate matter of distress regarding your sales after service. Please send me excat date to reslove my service request
