in Feb 2013 Idea sales executives offered me a plan of Rs.199 for MNP (switching from Aircel to Idea), but they allotted me rs.549 plan without any information and even they havent provide me any sim card after porting. on 1st march my no. was ported to Idea but did'nt get sim card which I've manually collected from an idea showroom where i came to know that they have allotted me wrong plan. I am paying for the plan which i have never opted and also I have to for those 7-8 days when my phone number was closed because they have not delivered me the sim. I came to know some sources that Idea sales team are doing this thing to many customers just to generate more sales and more incentives in an unethical way. I've complaint to idea customer care many times but not getting appropriate response. they are delaying dates every time. please look into this and asked them for my refund and to rectify my plan to what they offered.
