Complaint Details
I have subscribed for highest package for one year which is valid till Jan 17 2015. But from Apr 1 2014, they removed some

paid channels from my package saying, now I have to pay extra to get all those channels back.
My point is, when I have subscribed all the channels were there and I already have paid for one year for all the channels

which were there at the time of purchase. Why I need to pay extra amount.

They removed Color HD(Rs65 Extra), CNBC Prime HD(Rs80 Extra), History TV HD(Rs70 Extra), UTV Action(Rs10 Extra), ETV(Rs10

Extra. In total, I have to pay Rs 235 extra per month to get channels which were there in my package at the time of

purchase. And as I have subscribed till Jan 17 2015, I got a total loss of RS 2350 for all these channels till my

subscription end date.

Either DishTV should refund my 100% amount paid for Set top Box and Subscription amount or Activate all the channels I

have subscribed for including Colors HD, Hitory TV HD, CNBC Prime HD, UTV Action, ETV.
