Dear Sir/Madam,
I the undersigned hereby bring to your notice that, since from 3 years our water filter aqaflo is underAMC wide no.20271038 20/12/2011-19/12/2012, continuously past from 3 years I am observing that, neither your service persons are visiting my place or monitoring the machine twice in a year of AMC , After collecting the AMC amount your executives are not yet turn up to my place to do the required service, i.e. happening past from 3 years after lodging complaints through helpline also neither your co. Is taken any action/reply nor tried to rectify the same , today also I did the same and I have lodge the complaint for the same wide no.87496280 given by Mr.Sharath, so, the poor service of the co. Which I am getting past from 3 years why I have to pay money for AMC? AMC means in a specific contract period of one year weather the service request received or not, as per AMC your co. Should send their respective technicians to the concern customer place to do the same twice in a year to keep in a good running/working condition of a machine by monitoring the same and I also mentioned in my complaint, after giving AMC also our water filter was not working properly, means after servicing from your technicians also we are not getting purify cleaned water, because we found so much of small dusts in the water, that also not yet rectified, so I am hereby requesting the company that, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this mail company has to pay my 3 years AMC amount with interest/damages and have to give 3 year extension by free after the present AMC completion i.e. 19/12/12,and to provide the new water filte, failing to which I have no way to approach to the respective authority against poor service/negligence of the company by claiming maximum damages for the same at your risk and cost.
Hope, you will do the needful at the earliest to avoid taking further legal steps for the same for healthy ending of this issue.

Note: - pleases don't waste time of both by talking over the phone above the said issue, I am believing on execution to solve the same, Hope, you will understand. Since from 21/08/12 I am running behind your people to get the same by communicating/approached to the company (customercare@eurekaforbes.com/heman@eurekaforbes.co.in/seema.avhad@eurekaforbes.co.in) also till date neither someone has shown interest to solve the same nor received proper reply?
