After payment of bill also, Broadband Services Not resumed , Now it is 4 days the services has not been activated
called 100 times reliance customer care, they are Shit people , not knowing any thing
just they transfer the call from technical department to Billing Department
billing dept. says your bill has been paid and services are actiuvated
technical dept says your bill payment has not been updated in their system
WTF is this man
thats reliance freakin system`s update
why the fuck should i suffer
they even are not giving me the waiver for the same
i am going to complain in the consumer court
Uneducated and Un proffesional people are there in Reliance bradband

they give u truly unlimited connection
but of no use , becaue in a month 15 days the internet is down
for this You can buy, Airtel or bsnl, with FUP
and atleast they they have their Systems up most of the time

@ Reliance Broadband : if u are not able to provide proper services just close down your freakin service
don`t loot costumers as our dirty politicians do
