Complaint Details
After more than a month of chasing up with the company for a service request lodged on their customer care number and online, the technician came to service. However complete service was not conducted and despite giving a assurance that the technician would come again and I having personaly chasing him, the technician has still not come to service is is not done. My first complaint was raised on 27th July 2012 and till now service has not been completed.
