Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: - Reg. Complaint against M/s. Prestige Shelters Pvt. Ltd. #13,1st floor, Rangappa Reddy Complex ,R.V.Road,Near Minarva Circle,Bangalore-560004. Phone:-080-26573442/32974267/42008460. (Project Name:-Prestige Lake View, Sarjapura Road) and Mr.Kumar (Manager Business Development) for Cheating/Misuse of our money/Misleading/ Negligence/Mental harassment and purposefully delaying the registration to gain more money and plan to collect the same from us and common public.
Ref: - Our Membership No.952/Complaint letter dated 25/02/11 for more details which was submitted against Mr.Kumar.(Attached)
We the undersigned hereby bring to your kind notice and necessary quick action. The details are as follows.
To purchase, two sites (30x40, East Facing Corner, at the above project) at the above project we paid Rs.1, 15000/- to M/s/ Prestige Shelters Pvt. Ltd through Mr.Kumar, and we found he was misused our fund of Rs.75002/-. After lodging the complaint dated 25/02/11 against him at the above company in writing also still neither the said amount was recovered/come to our member ship a/c/ and registered the same to our name nor the company has taken any action against him to credited the same to our a/c? By keeping quite the company is also accepted his misuse of our money. It clearly shows the company involvements indirectly.
After several personnel visits to their office and several request to do the same for registration till date there is proper reply nor official communication from them, now we lost our hope/faith/patience against company to get the same, and we get lots of pain from them.
We hereby requesting you that, kindly take immediate necessary legal action against the above said company and Mr.Kumar to get our hard and earned money back with interest from the date of first payment done by us to the company through Mr.Kumar till the date of solve this issue along with damages at their cost and risk and instruct them to register the said two sites in our name for agreed amount without asking any extra money from us at the earliest, we are ready to pay the balance amount of Rs.1, 85,000/- plus the actual registration fees at any time. To do the same now if they try to give any reason/story/drama or in any manner and to escape to face the legal consequences please don’t allow, because by god sake, we don’t how many people are suffering like us.
Expecting, your early reply/action in this regard, delay may give them a chance to escape/abscond they are simply playing with public money/life, we are also from middle class family we saved money from our salary and put here to get the sites keep in mind that, it may help our kid future because it was affordable cost that time, if they escape by closing their office so many innocents (those are putting their money on the said scheme) may attempt suicide being not able to face the situation so, please save their life/our hard and earned money by taking immediate instant action.
