We had purchased aquaguard total revia 20 days before from eureka forbes dealer, for this product we paid Rs. 13,450/=. While selling the dealer had come to home had shown the product details, while selling time there speech’s were sweet and honey. We had clearly infirmed that we do not have water tank but we can pour water to small container. The dealer said that is more than enough we can fix small pumping motor inside or outside container so that the pump can pump water to Aquaguard total reviva then we can easily get pure mineral water from salt water. Then we paid Rs. 13,450/= and bought Aquaguard total reviva which was just 20 days back.
Now Aquaguard total reviva pumping only waste salt water not pumping or giving pure mineral drinking water. We had given complaint 3 days back (on 03/09/2012) they had attend the complaint today (on 6/09/2012) they try to short it out the complaint but the Aquaguard total reviva had given only waste salt water not a pure mineral water. Finally customer response team had said 600 mm valve got repair we need to replace it we have only 450 mm valve in stock I need to check it whether we have 600 mm valve or not.
We had paid full amount in cash 20 days before for buying this kind of default product?


My mother is staying alone at my home she is 62 years sugar, blood pressure, paralyzed (right side) patient and also she had poly nephritis (kidney infection) for this she has to drink pure drinking water. So that is what we bought Aquaguard total reviva for her. Because of default Aquaguard total reviva my mother does not have pure drinking water since last 3 days. My mother health is not doing well, she need a good Aquaguard total reviva to get pure mineral drinking water .


The dealer must have given wrong water purifier which is not suite for us. We are not faith on this company after changing 600 mm vale again the default Aquaguard total reviva will may give some other problem. I do not want again my mother should have wait 3 or 4 days to fix the problem.
The dealer should immediately replace default Aquaguard total reviva and they should have to replace right water purifier to us Or the dealer has to refund our money back before taking back there default Aquaguard total reviva.
