Complaint Details
I registered a complaint(no: 68085475) that My Eureka Forbes RO water filter is not working on 25/08/2012. A technician came for servicing and identified that one filter has gone bad. That Filter was installed on 26th June/2012 based on some previous complaints. The service person said based on AMC only one new filter is given yearly. But in my AMC there is no such condition written nor I'm aware of such thing. He replaced the defunct filter with an old filter inspite of insisting that they are suppose to provide the new filter. After that taste of the filtered water was extremely bad and the filtered water is not drinkable. I called the Eureka Forbescustomer service several times and all my calls have fallen into deaf ear. I have been cheated in the name of AMC and has to buy drinking water everyday. The company is simply evading the responsibilities of AMC and Cheating common people. In the past also I have to call several times to get the RO Water filter serviced though during signing the AMC contract they claimed that servicing will be done once per quarter which is mandatory for the water filter. My AMC contract is valid till April 2013.
